yay, i passed the exam

(to my surprise)
the professor told me that i did better in the second exam than i did on the first:

(for those of you interested in details...)
they wrote up the comments on my first exam:

the required number of problems were 4 problems, and i attempted 5; the scores they gave me on the problems were 8/10, 9/10, 8/10, 3/10, and 3/10.

all in all, my performance was beyond borderline, and i don't have to do any re-writing of the problems; yay.
